Los Gatos, only 20 minutes from the iconic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, is a picturesque town known for its scenic beauty, understated charm, and luxury lifestyle. Los Gatos draws in residents from surrounding communities who enjoy access to the 9-mile Los Gatos Creek Trail and nearby Vasona Lake County Park, where biking, paddle boating, riding on the family-friendly Billy Jones Railroad, walking dogs, and attending birthday parties and celebrations happen daily.

Los Gatos is a place my Buyers and Sellers seek because of its luxury living with humble roots.
